Allison's last day was Friday. She and her husband are moving to Vegas so he can become a cop. Good luck Scott. Allison started when Ryan was 4 months old and he absolutely adores her! She is the reason I have so many great pictures of Ryan, she captures all the moments we miss during the day. I know Ryan will miss her as will I. New nanny starts on the 22nd.

Ryan's new thing is to hold his sippy cup in his mouth and crawl around. It is so funny.
